This is our latest "trapper education class" for Amelia....it was amazing how interested she has been in this. There is a beaver lodge near the house that we were able to trap recently. The beaver in my backpack was 47 pounds and was the biggest one. We trapped 4 in all and we are done for the season. Amelia has requested the smallest one to be tanned for the back of her rocking chair. I may try to make the kids hats out of some of the other skins.......

Our family and friends won't come visit......but these guys will!!!! This was several weeks ago and Amelia really enjoyed watching them browse.....

This is when we were mudding and taping the sheetrock in Lance's wonderful shop!!!! It's not like it used to be.....but I can still help SOMETIMES....... It is all done now and we are moving lots of stuff in!!
